Infantry At least half of the points value of the army.
Allies Up to a quarter of the points value of the army.

The minimum size for a regiment is five infantry models or one elephant or bolt shooter model. There is no upper limit except as defined in the list below. One model in each unit may be upgraded to Leader (+5 points), Standard Bearer (+5 points), and Musician (+5 points).

SPECIAL RULES

PHALANX

Pikemen in Pyrrhus’ army included many Macedonians, and probably fought in a phalanx in much the same way as Macedonian armies before him. To represent this, as long as they are in a unit of at least 16 models and have a rank bonus of at least +1, then the following special rules apply, in addition to the special rules that apply to pikes. As soon as a phalanx is reduced to less than 16 models or looses its rank bonus (including when attacked in flank or rear) then the following rules no longer apply.

Pyrrhus

Pyrrhus was an outstanding general, famous even in his own time. Even Hannibal considered him the best general of all time (with Alexander second!). Therefore, in any battle where Pyrrhus commands, the Famous General rule applies:
