WAB Survey #4 - The Results

Compiled by Don Effinger

Hello,

Here are the results for our 4th survey. I had the results earlier but held off posting them while many were away on vacation.

If you missed your chance with this one or the others, don't worry. I'll be re-doing it in the Spring. This time around we had 46 players filling it out which isn't too bad. At least I was able to manage to get some lurkers to come out of their hiding places and post a bit...right Sven? Some of the numbers might not seem to match up all the time. Many din't fill in some of the answers or gave vague answers so that might throw things off slightly.

I think the big surprises for my was the fact that OG took a hit this time. In the previous surveys they were in a dead heat with Foundry but Gripping Beast closesd the gap with some more votes.

Another surprise could be the amount of games played per player. It dipped but I suppose that could be with the influence of newer players joining the list. Also surprising was the voting for the Tournament playing. Many more said 'yes' than had been expressed on the normal postings to the list. This was a new question so we don't have anything to compare it from an old survey. A few of you also lamented the loss of the OT questions. I will have to dig those up again for the next one. Maybe one about squirrels next time? ;)
